Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During book launches, promotions, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (when available).

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier. While I do my best to ensure orders arrive promptly, I cannot guarantee delivery dates once a package has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact me at katepotter1@gmail.com , and I’ll do my best to help resolve the issue.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please email me within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the damaged item. I’ll work with you to make it right.
