Because each copy of HELD is carefully prepared and many books are signed or personalized, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at katepotter1@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos of the item, and we’ll gladly work with you to make it right.
